I installed a matrix infinty on a ps2 v10.
It did not worked out. So I removed the chip.

After removal the PS2 wo'nt start. It starts with the configuration screen and after turning off and restarting the PS2 starts sometime with reading the disk but it wo'nt finish, other times it say no PS2 disk.

Does anyone has any suggestions?

Thanks

Had a simular problem with a V9. Read somewhere that might have shorted the legs on the bios chip. Sure enough I multi tested it and found that legs had a little solder on them. Cleaned it up and it worked.

Now trying to install the chip again...
