I'm experiencing this problem. I used to make VCDs with VCDEasy. Adding chapters (so when you fast skip you jump, e.g., 5' forward) was extremely easy: just select 'Interactivity' and put 5' on "Add a chapter every....".
Now I'm unable to use VCDEasy now, and I would like to have such VCDs, for example made with VDCGear, I've looked for it and I found very difficult ways to do it (TMPGenc DVD author...). Isn't there an easier way to do this?
