Burning Audio Quality CD on Yamaha CRW-3200 F

I have problem with Yamaha CRW-3200 F burning CD with Nero.6.6 and Win XP.
If I want to burn audio CD with Yamaha special feature - Audio Quality, the Nero freezes almost certainly at about 6-8 %. The same thing happens if I change (lower) the writing speed. The burning with maximum speed is always normal.

I use the latest Yamaha bios, but there are no drivers upgrade for the XP , since Yamaha discontinued product before Win XP. I have now Win XP- SP2, build 5.1.
Never experienced problem with Win 2000. My burning experience is extensive - mostly DVDs.
If someone has the same problem, please help.
