Xvid w/ AC3 problem

I have an Xvid movie with AC3 sound that i ripped with DVD Decrypter and Auote GK. That program has worked great before, but now, when I play back the movie, the audio plays at the right speed, but the video plays a lot slower. I have both the Xvid codec, and AC3 filter. Any suggestions?
