auto generate menu/labels in Nero Vision

Anyone know if NeroVision can auto generate menus and labels from the video being created like DVD Complete does? also, can I create a submenu for the chapters instead of having them all on the main screen? I like using nero vision because it takes care of the converting, but if I'm creating chapters, I'd like to have a button on the main menu/screen that I can select to see them.
If I can't do this with nero vision and there is another application out there I can use, please let me know. thanks.
