hey guys, this is my first time using suprnova, and im trying to d/l some games, but it's going really slow (it says 15d, 14h to complete...) i have a cable modem, so i was just wondering if this is normal, or how i can speed it up. thanks!

also, once i do get a game d/led (if ever) then how do i burn it? thanks again!

The download is dependent on the number of seeds. The higher the seeds the faster the download.

And we dnt know what the d/l file consists of. So we can't tell you how to burn it. TBH 15 days is a bit much, go and buy it instead.
