yo just wondering is this the best prgram to change NTSC to PAL ??
does it even work??

ok try this load up your swapmagic cd and select PAL from the video mode, then press eject and insert your swapmagic dvd, wait for it to finish refreshing the toc the swap for backup by flip and press x, it should convert your NTSC game to PAL for you

ok so i stick in my smd cd chose PAL in the video mode press eject(or Use fliptop??)then insert smd DVD wait till it says insert disc and insert backup
thats it ??
what do u mean about toc ??wtf is toc ??

you press eject to swap swapmagic cd for your swapmagic dvd, when you press eject it will ask for toc disc, just try what i posted and see if it works for you

when u insert the toc disc "Swap magic DVD v2.0" it will go to thw smd dvd screen asking you to insert dvd yea ??
was this a feature with the swap magic discs ??
has it worked for you??

it's not a method i have to use as my tv supports both pal and ntsc but the method does work for some people, it's worth giving it a try as you have nothing to lose, can't remember exactly what it says on screen but it's somthing like this
boot your swapmagic cd and select pal from video mode, then press eject, it then says something about inserting toc disc,insert your swapmagic dvd(press eject to send in),it then says somthing like refreshing toc, when that's complete swap for backup by fliptop and press x, if all works correct your ntsc backup should now boot in colour

Wish my SMcd worked :(
Which versions of PS2 have problems with swap magic discs. Cuz if I get a new one then imports ;), ps1 and backup cd ps2 games will work. Also that way I can use my Philips DVD+R's that I have sitting doing nothing except recording on my recorder off of cable.
Maybe even hte new slim PS2, as I read that swap magic is usable on that by sticking two tabs down that tell the PS2 wether the tray is open or closed.
