Best Video Capture Card for Video 8????

Hi all.

I was just wondering what capture card you might reccomend for capting video 8 to my computer.
I currently have a Winfast tv 2000 xp deluxe but wasn't sure what sort of quality it will give me.

I have had it for some time and was thinking of upgrading. Is there anything better or is this capture card pretty good.

I thought I would save everyone a little time and say that I can't afford the ADVC-100. I know it is the best but I have a budget.
