Need Help on Authoring DVD from Various VOB Files

I am a relative newbie on DVD authoring. I have used DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink for several months. What I want to do is take several VOB files (basically clips created from DVD Shink) and place them on a single DVD. I don't want to combine the VOB files into a single VOB file. I would like to use the chapter up/down buttons to move to the next/previous clip. I don't necessary need to create a menu for the DVD. I will be happy (for now) if it just plays all the clips in particular order. Can someone tell what tools I would need and the procedure?

Download the free trial of DVD Lab.

Import each of the VOB files.

Drag the first clip into the main window and set the start pointer (or is it called 'first play') to it.

Drag each VOB after it and join them with pointers.

You can create a menu here to point to each one.
