i/o error in toast burning X-Men Legends

Hopefully someone can help me with this one...

I'm trying to back up X-Men Legends, and when I go to make a disc copy in Toast 6 on my Mac, it comes up with an I/O error. Disc Utility comes up with the same response. What could be causing this?
