I am trying to help out a senior center to evaluated the right software for them. I downloaded the trial version of Ultra 6.6 and have imported video from a DVD created on a Sony Handycam.

I am able to get the video but not the audio. I can trim, add transitions and add text. This is about all they would like to do other than burn it to DVD to distribute to the Seniors. Since I do not know alot about this I am sure it is some step I am missing. Could it be that I need a plugin?

What I do know is that the dvd has a VOB files on it and the audio is AC3.

Any help would be appreciated!
