I have burned Budokai 3, and the starts correctly with swap magic 2.0 (DVD version), but there's a problem, by loading a fight or all kind of loading the freezes,seems like the ps2 can't read the disk anymore, or it takes a ridiculous loading time (about 30min)!
Can you help, what do i have to do ?!

make sure you are burning to a DVD-r, try and get a good quality brand, burn it at a low speed.
Or maybe your laser lens needs cleaning I have neva done this but you can do it with a cotton swap (cue-tip) and alcohol or something, but do a google on it and you may find something or buy a "ps2 laser lens cleaner" disk.
what version ps2 do you have?

the last part (30 mins) sounds like you burnt it on a bad disc. Bad disc to me is Memorex. I switched it to Ridata Go4 and my games looads instantly. B4 that i used memorex, it took 15 mins.
2nd, if it is possible, use your dvd burner to burn the game at 1x speed.
3rd, check tosee if you game need dvdloader at
