FIRST TIME USER AS SOON AS I CLICKED ON SIMPLE GOT MESSAGE-COULD NOT LOAD DRIVE INFORMATION. PLEASE RUN DRIVE SELECTOR. NOT SURE WHAT TO DO. PLEASE HELP.

not much info ... but your using XCopy Platinum aren't you?

If so please post in aD's XCopy forum: http://dvdxcopy.afterdawn.com

When you post there, include more information. The more info the better. Which version of XCopy, your system specs and if you could possibly post an error log
