Aladdin XT lite problem.

I've installed the Aladdin XT lite chip and it works all fine.

It's just that I ran into a brick wall ( not literally ).

Problem:

If I boot the Xbox after having it disconnected for a while, and try to boot the chip, the chip works.
But after a second the screen goes blanc. (in my case, it just jumps back to my VCR channel)

Then trying to re-boot the chip, efforts are useless.
the led does change, (red > orange) but the screen stays blanc.

Though, booting the xbox normal (1 tap on power button)
results in going to the Xbox-Dash.

Haven't installed Evo-x or whatever because I haven't had the chance.

What could be the problem ?
