You're not supposed to do that. And I don't think they like it to much on this site, as afterall it is illegal. However suprnova.org is house to many interesting things they also have a forum.

Anyways, you better have a good connection cuz i'm on 1mb dsl and it crawls even with 500 seeds >.< and that's when it is left idle =\

Yes use bittorent, I don't know if there are any differences between the various bittorent clients. I just use the original.
