Trying make MPEG and or AVI from a one hour recording made from a Philips DVDR 985.

Trial DVD TO MPEG and DVD TO AVI
convert AVI and MPEG file only leaves out the last 10 or 15 min. of the video.

ImToo DVD ripper only 5 minutes can not tell if it would convert all the dvd + r or not.

Philips DVDR 985 format used will record a bit over 3hr on 1 DVD+R.

would like to be able to separate the videos on the DVD+r.

Couldn't figure out what or witch files to use with Smart Ripper to make the VOB cause of the other stuff on the DVD. comes out short.

advice is greatly appreciated.
