When i put in a 3.3 swap magic dvd disc in it also made a loudddddddd noise, and it was scratched, it happens every time i put it in,although my cd swap magic disc is fine

Ive had this problem too. it occurrs when the disc spins, it catches on the loading tray an causes circular scratching.
What i did to combat this is cut some sticky tape in the shape of a small circle (small enough to fit in the un-encoded part if the disc) then stick it in the centre of the data side. Then you are left with the problem of the hole in the middle of the disc being covered up with the tape. Simply use a sharp utility knife or scalpel and carefully trim round the tape on the inside edge of the hole.
What this does is th space off the disc from the loading tray so as to stop the disc rubbing. Also i found that i sometimes needed more than one layer of tape to space it off enough.
Hope this helps!
