How to configure the D-Link DI-804 router for BitTornado?

I have searched numerous sites and read a lot of the posts in that other BitTorrent thread on these forums but couldn't find what I'm looking for. So basically I'm asking what I should do with the D-Link DI-804 to increase my BitTornado downloading speeds. I have opened the ports 8881-8889 but I suppose I have to redirect them too. If someone could explain to me in great detail (since I'm no good at this) how I forward or open or whatever I have to do with the ports to get better download speeds with BitTornado I'd grealy appreciate it. And yes, the light is yellow for me =/. All help is welcome, thank you!
