DVD Cloner 2.32 Problem

Hi,

I've just started using DVD Cloner 2.32, but it doesn't seem to be compressing my discs for some reason. I've got it set to 'Fit on One Disc', but it just copies it uncompressed from the original meaning that the end of the film is missing. It doesn't say that it hasn't done it or ask for another disc.

I'm using Windows XP.

Please can someone suggest what I can do to correct the problem?
