whenever i load a my swap magic AND do the slide and play my back-up game my backup gets scratched up whenever i take it out. am i doing something wrong with the slide card or maybe something is in my ps2?the scartches are everywhere. can yopu guys help me out?

yes something is most definatly wrong with the way you are using the slide card as no scratches should appear on the game cd and they dont on the swap magic so it must be something you are doing with the slide card. Go on the website and follow the instructions exactly.

Ive had this problem too. it occurrs when the disc spins, it catches on the loading tray an causes circular scratching.
What i did to combat this is cut some sticky tape in the shape of a small circle (small enough to fit in the un-encoded part if the disc) then stick it in the centre of the data side. Then you are left with the problem of the hole in the middle of the disc being covered up with the tape. Simply use a sharp utility knife or scalpel and carefully trim round the tape on the inside edge of the hole.
What this does is th space off the disc from the loading tray so as to stop the disc rubbing. Also i found that i sometimes needed more than one layer of tape to space it off enough.
