Installing .iso to HDLoader over the internet?

Just wondering here... I just got everything working w/ hdl_dumb so that I can install iso's to my ps2 HDD through my wireless network... It is VERY slow (0.7mbs), but that's ok w/ me.

Here is my question. Would it be possible for me to setup a Virtual Private Network, and install games to a ps2 over the internet? The reason I'm asking is; my brother is completely computer illiterate, and has me backup all his ps2 games. It would be much easier for me to install his backups w/o having to go over there everytime.
