TMPGEnc Plus makes m2v + wav files not mepg for PAL DVD?

Hello everyone. I'm sorry if this is a stupid question. I'm trying to make a home movie PAL DVD edited with Pinnacle Studio 9 and recorded on DV. My Pinnacle seems to output to NTSC by default so I am making a large avi file first (24 gigs for almost 2 hours of movie!) then converting to PAL mpeg2 DVD. However, instead of outputting to a single mpeg file TMPGEnc gives me two files, a .wav and a .m2v. I understand these are the sound and video files but how to input them into TMPGEnc DVD Author after the conversion? How do I finish making my PAL DVD? Thanks
