FIrst time user -- cant see to get it to work -- brother thinks its my external doulbe layer burner since he has an internal one. ANythoughts?

dvdx platunum - my brothe has no problem doing it on his internal dvd burner .

1) If your going to continue to use Platinum and want to solve this problem USE AFTERDAWN'S XCOPY FORUM: http://dvdxcopy.afterdawn.com

2) Try DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter (both are free)
