i backed up the movie Troy to my hard drive which exceeds the maximum limit (4.7GB) of a DVD-R disk. Is there a way i can break the movie up into half and have half the movie on one disk and half on the other? Is there a program which i can get to do it?

they have lots of guides to do this.

here is a guide using dvdfab dvd fab is extremely easy to use.

i on the other hand would just re-encode the entire movie with rebuilder :P
