Can DVD-R camcorders like the Sony DCR-DVD301 be used to tape a bit on a dvd-r disc, take the disc out, then pop it back in and resume where you left off? I assume they can (pretty basic feature) but since I've never actually used one, I thought I'd ask.

At my company we need to tape a sales rep giving a presentation, then take the disc out and move onto another rep to tape a few minutes, and so on. At the end of the session, we can finalize each disc so the rep can take it home to play back on a laptop or home DVD player.
