error: full or write protected/ isobuster?

I cant seem to successfully make a copy of a back-up ps2 dvd. I was told to try isobuster. When extracting the dvd image, It will make it all the way to 99% then I get an error message saying the volume is either full or write protected. I just reinatalled xp. The c: drive is just about empty. Can anyone tell me what the problem is? Or does anyone know firsthand how to make a copy OF A COPY?
