Hi. I was modding my PS2 the other day and i accidently got some of the solder on a part i wasn't supposed to solder. I scratched it off but there is still some left on it. Do you think my PS2 would be screwed up now?

Also, if my PS2 is messed up, would I be able to get it repaired. I'm going to Pakistan soon and all the PS2s there are modded. So they would know how to repair a messed up soldering job, wouldn't they? Thanks!

get yourself some desoldering braid and use that to remove the unwanted solder

Umm... its the yellowish circuit near one of the PS2's chips. http://www.duomodchip.com/english/install/duo2/duo2_v9.jpg
It is the 3rd picture. I tried soldering Q and accidently got some solder on the yellow circuit under where Q is supposed to be. Thanks for the relpies.

I wouldn't worry about it. U just sratched off the solder from one the vias its no big deal as long as the via hasen't fallen off. I would say that everything is alrite.
