I seem to have problems with i download movies from bit-torrent networks the movies are great, the problem i'm faced with is that when i join the 2 files i get an overlap in the join of 1-10 seconds, can anyone recommend a program to clip a second-10 seconds off the start of files so i can experiment and try to get a streamless join

And can also anyone tell me why this happens, do the programs ripppers use leave overhang or something, please i have many files but once i can fix this problem i can burn & watch on DVD
