Need some help with Nero... Freezes when editing movies.

I have Nero Ultimate Edition, 6.6.01.

Having problems when creating an SVCD. On the preview screen where you can cut/split videos and/or add chapters... when I move the position marker, the video playback freezes with the frame it was on when I started moving it, but you can still hear the audio playing like it should. Then when I try to manually create chapters, I have the same problem, and Nero freezes and I have to use CTRL+ALT+DEL to close it down.

Help would be appreciated!

Oh, and if needed, here is my system information:

Dell Dimension 2400
Windows XP Home Edition SP1
Intel Pentium 4 Processor with 2.66 Ghz speed
