I've been checking all over the forums for an answer to this question and haven't found it even asked yet. I just bought a 160GB Maxtor HD, I know that it's compatible for use with HD Advance but I was wondering if I could partition it and use say 80GB for games and 80GB for backup storage? Is this possible to do if i bought the HD Advance 2.0? Any answer would be greatly appreciated, thanks very much!

HD Loader/Advance only support single partition drives. If the drive is not partitioned this way HD Loader/Advance will require that you fix this condition in order to use it.

i believe there is a USB hd loader coming out soon for the pstwo, it may also work for the regular ps2 ( i wouldn't see why not ) but i'm not absolutely positive, someone else may know.

So it's going to be slow.
