extracting .bin file problem

when i try to extract the .bin file there's this error that says "You need to have the following volume to continue extraction". what do i have to do? and what does this mean?

Sorry, but you more than likely may have a bad bin from a corrupted d/l.
Try your d/l again.
If you created the bin yourself, you would not have these problems.
I've d'L'd some so-called bins and they don't do anything no matter what I use to view or extract them.
Some call it P2P scamming, taking up a bit of bandwidth!!!!

you need to go back to your source and get the missing volume

Like I said 'a bad bin'. That volume wasn't in there in the first place, and more than likely if you d/l it again from the same source, you'll have the same problem.
try a different source for the bin your looking for.
Like I said, i've d/l'd many a bin file that are useless because they were missing files or code.
A good 'bin' of a disk has all the pertanent files.
People can modify a bin if they choose do so. And unfortunatley share these bad files.
Shit happens.
