I got the program and everything was going great. Then I bought a new 16x burner ( the old one was a 4x ). At first it was telling me that this version of platinum could not back anything up because it was encrypted. I went to Google and posed this question. I stumbled onto your web site and found a simular question and followed it's advice to download patin couffin 1.17. Now it will read the disc and start to write it, but jumps to finalizing after about 80%. Can you help. It's driving me nuts not being able to burn. Thanks tut815
