DVD Decrypter ISO and MDS?

I have burned games for a while, but not recently. I followed the PS2 Info tutorial and patched the ISO file but when I go to burn the ISO file, DVD Decrypter says that I selected the wrong file and should use the MDS. Why is this?

lol, when you go to choose the file to burn just choose the mds.. the mds is like, the instructions to burn the actual iso..
