administrator permission for NERO?

I have recently installed nero 6 , its a new version with serial, I received it with my new dvd+-R, when I try to use it this is the message I get:
Under Windows NT4 Administrator rights are required by Nero to access CD recorders and CD/ROM / DVD/ROM drives. Please ask your system administrator to use Nero.
Can anyone please help me? Thank you very much for any feedback or solution to this, I am the admin on my pc I think and I know I am on as a geust with admin privledges, Thank you again
