Ok theres mpeg file that i want to watch on my dvd player.....so i would have 2 convert my mpeg file into dvd format so what software should i use and whatdo i do with it......Bye the way the file is 25,564 kb.An the resolution is 176x130(but it lookes bogger then that it looks like its 352x240)Any help would be gladly accepted

Any program that you use to convert that mpeg file to DVD is going to encode it to 720x480. With the low quality that your mpeg is now, it is not going to look very good on your television, when played through your DVD player.

VCD or SVCD may be a better route to go.
