I have tried burning many dvds. It keeps telling me that the disks have a file on them, but they clearly dont since they are new. Also, after i put in the disk and it says it has stuff on it, i cant take it out anymore and it tells me that the drive does not exist, and i have to restart the computer for the disk to open.
PLEASE HELP ME!

Huh? the original dvd or the blank?

Your post is very confusing. How about you start from the beginning.

1) What programs are you using
2) What are your steps

im usig Dvd decrypter
and it is the blank that says has something on it.
im really frustrated
i took it to best buy, but they said there is nothing
wrong with my burner.

Are you trying to copy a data disc? Are you trying to backup a dvd? Be more specific!!!
