NIC Card and Fan not getting power

I installed a DUO2 SE on my V5/6 playstation 2. I put it back together and now my fan doesnt work and neither does my NIC card. I looked on the mobo and Found a risistor that had been fried. It is black and square and has the rating of 50. It is the backside of the board right by where the fan is plugged in. What would be the best way to go about fixing this problem.

the two links at the bottom are of my risistor. two different angle of what happened. you have to download them in order to see the pics.

I'd say... replace the blown resistor with another of the same value and hope it hasn't damaged the motherboard in any way..
Just a guess mind you... but that seems logical...
