Swap Magic 2.0 Problem - NEED HELP

I've bought a swap magic disk and 2 games : Gta san an and Tiger woods 2005. Both games were working fine until 2 weeks after i bought them GTA starting coming up with disk read errors so i looked at the bottom and it had scratches so i didn't mind to much and then when tiger woods stopped working i got very worried because it was in good condition. Does anyone have any suggestions to why this might be????
