Insanekid - well said.
IRC is the best source for pretty much anything but something as simple as an xbox bios could easily be found with google as well, i'd hate to think people were just posting their email addy's and praying to the xbox gods to send them something they could have found with any good search engine in the time it took to post their email address in a thread anyway.

I need that x3 1959 bios also
I got banned from the mIRC place because I tried to ftp the whole xbox folder instead of the individual files. I just need to fix my kid's xbox.

I wasn't trying to be greedy, I thought I was supposed to grab the whole folder. By the time I realized, it was too late. Anyway, I did find the file elsewhere. Thanks for your "input".
