I was using MPT3 fine one day
then in order to install some games i used Phone Programmer and Midway as instucted by a guide before and it also worked fine
now when i pulgged in my phone today, it came up as a unknown device
i unstallled the drivers, restarted, and tried to reinstall the drivers without any luck
please help

i just made sure EVERYTHING was uninstalled this time, unplugged it, restarted, then plugge it back in and reinstalled the drivers and it worked fine

I'm having troubles getting the phone programmer to connect to my phone. I'm currently using PST 6.7 to unlock my phone to enable the java app. I have also verified that the com port on the phone (motorola modem) corresponds with the com port on the PST 6.7. Which Phone Programmer software did you use? Thanks for your response.
