A while back I purchased DVD x copy platinum to back up my dvds. it reads them find but then asks me to "please insert blank burn media" so i inserted a memorex dvd+r 4.7gb but the program wouldn't give me the option to start. Its like it does recognize that a cd is even in the drive. Oh by the why the drive is a i/o magic drive if that helps. thanks.

If your going to continue to try to use XCopy please post in aD's XCopy forum ---> http://dvdxcopy.afterdawn.com


You might also try to use DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter.
