hi there, i have a BTC 1004 burner 4x, and use shrink / nero to make backups of my dvds...i also use verbatim discs and they are nearly always succesful

however, recently i have this problem where films with trailers at the start of the film, come up with 'Unable to read disc' on my playstation 2. would a decent dvd burner do this? sometimes if i skip a scene when the error comes up, its ok, other times its not, so would like some help if possible, or solutions!!

any other info required, just ask...also, recommended burner??
