Copies a DVD first using DVD Shrink and then DVD Clone. DVD clone said operation compleded successfully but when I tried to play it in the two DVD Players I have, One would not read it and the other said Check the Regional Code.

Region Codes are for different geographical areas. Read this article --> http://hometheater.about.com/cs/dvdlaserdisc/a/aaregioncodesa.htm
it should clear up what region codes are.
Now, to avoid that issue in the future use ANYDVD get it here --> http://www.slysoft.com/en/anydvd.html
it unscramble the regions and will now play once burned in any player for any region. :)
