i have broadband and a belkin router and whaen i download
from mirc or bittorendo i am lucky to get 10kbs but all my outher downloading is fine and i use to be geting speeds of 90kbs any one know whats wrong ????

Have you forwarded your ports, since you use a router. I suggest you read the first link about "Router Config Tips" to see if that helps.

it also highly depends on the file you are trying to download. check the seeds next time you want to download a torrent
