Mobile phone tools synchronization problem

Hi all

I have a little proble with synchronization with my mobile phone MOTOROLA.
Actually i use MPT 3.11h the latest version and my cell phone is V300.

Problem is when I synchonize my cell phone with computer (address book and calendar). It is working fine but, The MPT or something puts the shorter names to my cell phone addressbook.
Like
Full name in MS Outlook "Abcdefg Abcdefg"
After synchronization in the cell phone "Abcdefg Abc"

After this process is automatic synchronization V300 -> pc nänd after this step I have doubled my contacts because the program takes the shorter names like a nee one.

Have asomebody idea what should I do with this??
