converting captured 640x480 mpeg2 to dvd HOW?

Ok I captured mp2 files from my Creative DVR

Settings currently are 640x480 resolution
using VBR (what speed min and max I don't know as it doesnt say.
Audio is 384kbps.

It seems no matter what I do its going to capture at non dvd resolutions.

in the file exporter it does output the video into seperate files to fit on cd's...

kinda cool..

My question is where do I start to fit this movie onto a DVD+R

The file size of the mpegs would be able to fit just need them onto a playable DVD.

If you have any help write it so a newbie can understand and I will be most thankfull.
