Please need help backing up rogue agent PAL on HDA

Ok i have an original image file of rogue agent not from the net or anything. I can back it up to dvd-r and play it on my ps2 using my flip top and swap magic with the help of dvdloader. But the loading issues are terrible and the performance is just garbage. I have tried to rebuild the image but no difference in size. I have tried a fix by DVDRICK who rules! but unfortunately mines is the UK (PAL) version.
I have also tried editing the sustem.cnf file and transferring the whole image to HDD using HD Handiness but no luck it just gives me a pink screen lol thats with all th modes enabled btw.
I have ust tried everything i think of and that i can find, could somebody point me in the right direction please...
