Question about ATI all-in-wonder card and DVD burning...

I just got the ATI all-in-wonder 8500DV card. Is there anyway i can record movies from tv and burn them to DVD? Also, Does anyone know much about this card? Need help...

i have the 85000dv card and so far like it pretty well had a few software issues with my soundblaster sound card works pretty well with my sony dru500a so far have captured from directv then burned to -r use princo and ritek :)
