crazy dodgeball question

dodgeball is driving me insane....have ripped and burned a lot of movies...dodgeball is wacko....i ripped it 3x with decryptor, and everytime (usually when i go to shrink and "open file"..there it is in c drive..decryptor makes a folder easily accesible).only with dodgeball, i have to go to windows explorer, and find it and do an "open with" to get it to shrink....then...i take out everything cept ac3 (5.1)....and when the movie plays..there are captions in english.....even if i go to the menu and hit none.....anyone else havin probs?

I've ripped dodgeball with DVD Shrink and burned it with DVD Decrypter and it works fine with me.
