How do I rip the main movie only with decrypt?

I don't think you can ... until bbmayo posted how :) lol or you can use DVD Shrink.

Open up Decrypter
Go to "tools Settings"
Click on Tab that says "File Mode"
Where it says on start up
Click little drop down box and select "Main Movie"
Click ok
Insert your movie or if your movie is already in the drive just click "View" the "refresh" and pick Mode "File F"
This is your main movie :-)
